This is not a by-election. It is a delayed general election poll, and as such is run under general election regulations, meaning that parties are severly restricted in the amount of money they are allowed to use.

Veritas Party Robert Kilroy Silk Spin Doctor & Chief of Staff David Soutter.Kilroys Top brass ask Robert Kilroy Silk to remove David Soutter. Alan Eastwood OBE, David Davies, David Shippley,Harry Cichy,Alex Stevenson and Alan Ainscow all jointly signed a letter to Robert Kilroy Silk requesting for the removal of David Soutter. Grant Allen recently resigned from the Veritas Party, over the Soutter Saga.Many more resignations may well be on the cards with David Soutters continued role within the Veritas Party.
Veritas Party David Soutter Chief Of Staff to Robert Kilroy Silk. David Soutter has been summonsed to appear at Chester County Court on Monday 27 June 2005. Public hearing. This is in responce to a claim by the legal services Commission,( formerley the Legal Aid Board) for possession of Tranquil House, his home. This is because he has, allegedly, not paid a penny off a debt of £14,400-plus arising out of a Court case he lost relating to Tranquil House several years ago.
